I'd like to publicly thank Mr. Randy Rush for his generous donation of a new char broiler for our kitchen.
We are making some changes this year and we hope you are enjoying it, this is your club and we're here to serve you so any suggestions or special requests are appreciated. Here are some of our newest changes as requested by our members:
Low carbohydrate pasta option (5g vs 32g)
1/2 sandwich and soup or side salad lunch special for $6
No sugar dessert: Sugar free Angel Food Cake with Strawberries
Healthy Conscience specials: Grilled vegetable sandwich, Whole wheat Turkey Wrap
For the golfers: We will be serving fresh coffee, hot breakfast sandwiches, and sweets in the pro shop for those on the go, it will be ready and waiting on Saturday and Sunday Mornings.
Sunday brunch specials are also new this year at PCC!
If you don't see something on the menu that you want, just ask for it and Chef Mike will try his best to provide for you.
